The Little Rock National Weather Service predicted rain and thunderstorms for Arkansas on Sunday.

Forecasters predict a storm system will move in from the west, bringing a warm front with it Sunday morning. Later in the day, a cold front will follow.

The forecast indicated that there is a slight risk of severe weather on Sunday in the eastern part of the state. Hail and damaging winds appear to be the main threat, however tornadoes are also possible.

The Weather Service also predicted another storm system in the middle of next week, bringing with it rain and thunderstorms.
