— A Pine Bluff woman was charged Tuesday with capital murder in Monday’s workplace shooting death of Latange Long, 34, Prosecuting Attorney Kyle Hunter’s office said.

Lillie Foots-Wilson, 49, appeared at the Jefferson County Courthouse for the first time Tuesday and was told she would be appointed a public defender.

Foots-Wilson was arrested in Long’s shooting after an argument at the industrial plant they had both worked at for years.

She was held without bail.

They had worked near each other in the components manufacturing division at Central Moloney on Jefferson Parkway.
