LITTLE ROCK — Pine Bluff/Jefferson County and Hot Springs/Garland County were honored for keeping up their good looks July 17 at the Governor’s Mansion.
The Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission honored the two areas during an awards ceremony and reception. The awards went to Pine Bluff and Jefferson County Clean and Beautiful and Hot Springs and the Garland County Beautification Commission.
Both organizations hold citywide litter clean-ups, recycling projects and other beautification initiatives.
