HEBER SPRINGS — Authorities say a teenager has drowned in a lake in Cleburne County.
Sheriff Marty Moss told KHTV-TV Tuesday that 13-year-old Robert Daniel Woods was found in about 8 feet of water at the Sandy Beach area of Greer's Ferry Lake. He was taken to a hospital but couldn't be revived.
Moss says it appears the teen had gone to the beach alone to swim.
