LITTLE ROCK — River Rail streetcar service from Second Street to the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock will be out of service until Thursday because of construction near part of the tracks, Central Arkansas Transit Authority announced.
Streetcars will be in service on all other parts of the route in Little Rock and North Little Rock during this time.
The closure of the Second Street portion of the line is needed because of construction on Third Street in Little Rock.
