LITTLE ROCK — Two River Rail streetcars will service only the North Little Rock loop and the Main Street Bridge through the weekend because of the annual Riverfest festival in Little Rock, a Central Arkansas Transit Authority news release said.
Streetcars will cross the Main Street Bridge and stop at the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce stop before crossing the Arkansas River back to North Little Rock. No other stops in Little Rock will have service.
River Rail will be free all weekend because of the reduced service and will follow normal operating hours except for having service extended until 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
River Rail won’t operate Monday because of Memorial Day.
