— Marisa Lauren Rodkin became the bride of Alexander Conner Blass at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at University Baptist Church, Fayetteville. The Rev. John Mueller officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Kim and the late Dr. Richard Rodkin of Bentonville. Her grandparents are Hazel and the late Leslie Williams of Petal, Miss., and the late Molly and Aaron Rodkin of New York.

Becky and Gus Blass III, 8 Longfellow Lane, are the parents of the groom. His grandparents are Pat and Gus Blass II and the late William Brown Jr., all also of Little Rock, and Wiley and the late Janice Hegi of Paragould.

The aisle was lined with arrangements of white calla lilies, roses, hydrangeas and candles. On each side of the altar were large arrangements of magnolia branches and white lilies. Music was by the String Quartet Ensemble of the Symphony Orchestra of Northwest Arkansas.

Given in marriage by her uncle, Burkett Ross Jr., the bride wore an ivory silk-taffeta ball gown with a sweetheart neckline and beaded bodice. She wore a sash of crystals and pearls at her waist and a bolero jacket of silk tulle embellished with crystals and pearls.

Her bouquet of white orchids, garden roses, ranunculus and stephanotis included antique brooches as well as a locket holding photographs of the bride and her father and the bride and groom.

Mallory Mahan of Corona del Mar, Calif., was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Morgan Bailey, Kathryn Fiser and Lauren McCaslin, all of Little Rock; Kristen Griffith of Memphis; Christine Hahn of Springdale; Rachel Morrow of Fayetteville; Keely Schroeder of Rogers; and Katy Fink of Dallas. They wore gowns of bordeaux-colored silk-charmeuse and carried bouquets of burgundy roses, red hypericum berries and eggplant colored calla lilies.

The groom’s honor attendants were his father and Drew Tappan of Dallas. Groomsmen were AdamAultz, also of Dallas; Jamie Dutton of Kansas City, Mo.; Lambert Marshall of Conway; Steven Meadors, Gray Millsap and Andrew Ritchie, all of Little Rock; John Stephens of Houston; and Hunter Thomason of Fayetteville. Guests were seated by Britt Neel and Charlie Mackey, both also of Dallas.

Guest tables at a reception in the Ozark Ballroom at the Fayetteville Town Center held a mixed collection of crystal candelabra and vases filled with roses, calla lilies and ranunculus. Music was by Boom Kinetic.

The bride has a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She is a production manager at Collective Bias in Bentonville.

The groom has a bachelor’s degree in marketing management and entrepreneurship from the university. He is a commercial real estate broker with Sage Partners, Fayetteville.

The couple will reside in Fayetteville after a wedding trip to Kona, Hawaii.
