Flock: After eating your fill of one fowl, turn your attention to another when a sea of camouflage and ducky fun take over downtown Stuttgart for the annual Wings Over the Prairie festival. While the carnival and midway open Wednesday, the main events will take place Nov. 23-24. Expect arts and crafts, exhibits, the 10K Duck Race, and, of course, the World Championship Duck Gumbo Cook-Off and World Championship Duck Calling Contest. General festival admission is free. Rock: Every year, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra brings its multimedia Christmas production to Verizon Arena in North Little Rock.
