Jersey Bridgeman

The man accused of killing 6-year-old Jersey Bridgeman will be held in the Benton County Jail without bond.

Circuit Judge Robin Green ruled in a hearing Wednesday that the state has probable cause to hold Zachary Holly, 28, on charges of capital murder, rape, kidnapping and residential burglary. Authorities had not previously discussed the rape charge.

Holly appeared before the judge wearing black-and-white striped jail clothes. Jersey's family members along with police officers, lawyers and others filled the courtroom for Holly's appearance.

An inmate attacked Holly Tuesday morning, causing minor facial injuries, according to Capt. Chris Sparks. Holly lived at 702 S.E. A St., between Jersey’s home and the vacant house in which her body was found.

Prison may be full of bad guys BUT they don't like people who abuse children.. IF he's guilty then he's a pathetic POS that will get what's coming. Poor child didn't deserve to have that happen.

If he is guilty, he should be executed immediately following his trial. Of course, this is not the way our bleeding heart justice system works.
