Annie Depper of the James Law Firm of Little Rock was one of the attorneys who persuaded a federal judge to suppress a state trooper’s seizure of 1,673 pounds of marijuana that was found during a 2012 traffic stop. Depper’s first name was incorrectly reported in an article in Wednesday’s editions about the judge’s ruling.
