A Pope County man has been killed after a tree fell on his camper Friday morning, a Pope County police dispatcher said.
The accident occurred about 7 a.m. north of Dover, the dispatcher said. No information is being released about the man or where the accident occurred, because his next-of-kin has yet to be notified.
The dispatcher said the accident is "most likely" related to the winter storms that are sweeping across the state.
