A partial list of arts and entertainment events postponed from last week due to inclement weather: Nutcracker Tea

Ballet Arkansas will hold its “Nutcracker Tea,” originally scheduled for Sunday, from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Capital Hotel, 111 W. Markham St., Little Rock. Tickets are $25; visit balletarkansas.org.

Harpeth Rising

Folk quartet Harpeth Rising has rescheduled its Little Rock Folk Club special CD release show for 7:30 p.m. Friday in Thomson Hall, Unitarian Universalist Church of Little Rock, 1818 Reservoir Road. Admission is $15, $8 for students with ID, free for children 12 and younger. Call (501) 663-0634.

Open houses

The Christmas open houses at the Historic Arkansas Museum, 200 E. Third St., and the Old State House Museum, 300 W. Markham St., have been rescheduled for 1-4 p.m. Saturday.

The Arkansas Governor’s Mansion, 1800 Center St., Little Rock, has rescheduled its open house and holiday tour for 2-4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free; the event includes cookies and punch. Reservations are available by emailing emily.flick@governor.arkansas.gov.

Scrooge! dates

To make up for opening-weekend cancellations, Weekend Theater, West Seventh and Chester streets, has scheduled additional performances of Scrooge! The Musical at 8 p.m. today and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 19. Visit weekendtheater.org.

Added weekend

Benton’s Royal Players will hold over its production of A Christmas Story, adapted by Philip Grecian from a story by Jean Shepherd, into a third weekend, with shows at 7 p.m. today-Saturday and Dec. 20-21 and 2 p.m. Sunday and Dec. 22 at the Royal Theatre, 111.
