A Little Rock real estate developer pleaded guilty to mail fraud Thursday, United States Attorney Christopher Thyer announced in a news release.

Roger Stephen Clary, 60, of Little Rock, was indicted for misappropriating nearly $1.6 million of a loan obtained on May 8, 2008, through Banc of America Leasing Corporation for his company, Destination Ventures.

According to the release, Clary could face up to 30 years imprisonment and/or a $1 million fine with five years supervised released. Four counts of wire fraud, which were included in the original indictment, were dropped as part of the plea deal.

Inquire,

You don't have to tell me that white criminals get easy treatment in Little Rock. I was the beneficiary of a trust that had funds taken by white people who had friends in high places. I received nothing.

Probably inquire because he is not running around on the loose terrorizing people with a gun or knife.

Actually inquire they did not need to mention it since he was convicted. The next time they publish a conviction of a robber or murderer and they mention their race and what they were wearing during the crime you can let us know. Your prescription of knowitall probably needs to be refilled; I'm pretty sure you are down to your last pill.

Everyone knows the best way to rob a bank is with a pen, wearing a tie.
