— Maintenance crews working on an Interstate 40 bridge will require a lane closure this week.

A release from the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department states that crews will be working west of the Kerr Road exit and will require the eastbound, inside lane to be closed Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting.

Highway Department officials ask motorists to exercise caution when traveling through the area.
