16-year-old male shot in LR robbery Saturday afternoon

— Little Rock Police say a 16-year-old male was shot in the hand during a robbery Saturday afternoon at Wilderness Road and Wagon Cirlce.

Sgt. Cassandra Davis said the incident occurred around 3:46 p.m. Saturday.

Davis said the injuries to the victim are not life threatening.

Davis said the robbery suspect is a tall, skinny black male with twist braids last seen wearing a brown hoodie and blue jeans.

No other details about the robbery or investigation were available Saturday afternoon at 5:30 p.m.

Liberal Elitists, tell me again why I need to give up my gun rights? Oh, if you take away our guns, we aren't able to defend ourselves.
You should have shot him in the face. Not the hand. That way, he won't be back to do it again.

Maybe, just maybe a law abiding gun owner would have discerned the difference between the assailant and the perpetrator before firing. "jes sayin".
