A 29-year-old man was arrested early Wednesday after police found him lying naked on the ground at a Little Rock hotel, authorities said.
Martavis Nelson is facing charges of public intoxication and indecent exposure.
Officers were called about 4 a.m. after Nelson "was noticed lying on the ground" naked at 7900 Scott Hamilton Drive, according to a Little Rock Police Department report. The address is listed online as an Americas Best Value Inn & Suites.
"When officers made contact with him, he refused to put his clothes back on," police wrote in the report, adding Nelson had difficulty standing and a strong smell of intoxicants emanated from his person.
Nelson remained in the Pulaski County jail Wednesday morning in lieu of $1,600 bond. A preliminary court appearance was set for July 17.
