1 KICKING

Martial arts teachers and students from all over the world are already showing off their stunts and skills at the American Taekwondo Association World Championships in Little Rock. The tournament portion begins Friday and continues through Sunday, with most events at the Statehouse Convention Center, Markham and Main streets. The World Ceremony, 7 p.m. Saturday, will take place at North Little Rock’s Verizon Arena. Tickets are $19.50-$41.50 plus handling fees. 2 HONKY-TONKING

3 PRANCING

Camelot is a silly place where they sing, dance, quarrel over the air speed of an unladen swallow and eat ham, jam and spam (a lot) in Monty Python’s Spamalot (music and lyrics by Eric Idle and John Du Prez, book by Idle based, mostly, on the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail), opening at 8 p.m. Friday at the Weekend Theater, West Seventh and Chester streets, Little Rock. 4 LAW-ABIDING

Courtney Speyer plays the title role, a supposedly dumb blonde who takes on Harvard Law School — and wins — in Community Theatre of Little Rock’s season-closing production of Legally Blonde: The Musical (music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin, book by Heather Hach), 7:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday through July 28 at the Public Theatre, 616 Center St., Little Rock.
