“Get a Simple Landscape,” a collection of drawings by Little Rock artist Jerry Phillips, goes on display Friday at the Central Arkansas Library System’s Butler Center Galleries, Arkansas Studies Institute building, 401 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock.
