In Roland Emmerich’s latest blow-em-up-good White House Down, a Capitol Hill police officer played by Channing Tatum he teams up with President Jamie Foxx to battle the terrorists.

“Tatum is such a likable actor — handsome, athletic, and accessible in a self-effacing way,” Karen Martin writes in her review. “He’s a welcome addition to almost any movie cast.” But will muscular affability enough to save this movie? Tune into Friday’s MovieStyle for the answer.
