Jigs and ghillies: Break out your very best greenery and head
downtown for Irish-theme fun as the Irish Cultural Society presents its Rock to North Little Rock St. Patrick’s Day Parade, 1 p.m.
March 16. The parade route starts at Fourth and Rock streets in
Little Rock and ends across the river at Sixth and Main streets
in North Little Rock. Participants and spectators are encouraged
