A Mayflower woman has won $2 million on a scratch-off ticket, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said.

Linda Newsom claimed the prize Monday afternoon, spokesman Kevin McCarthy said.

McCarthy said Newsom plans to invest the winnings.
