Jeff Wood, the president and co-founder of Team Rubicon, will speak today at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service in Little Rock.
Created in January 2010, Team Rubicon “unites the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams,”according to the organization’s website. The group has worked internationally in Haiti, Chile, Burma, Pakistan and Sudan, and domestically at disasters in Vermont, Maryland, Missouri and Alabama.
