A naked man who claimed to be an "Angel of God" was arrested Saturday night after he emerged multiple times from his Little Rock residence, police said.
Joseph Benson Linder, 31, was arrested on a single count of disorderly conduct.
Police went to Linder's apartment in the 700 block of Green Mountain Drive about 8:30 p.m. "after friends stated he was demon-possessed and claiming to be an Angel of God," according to a Little Rock Police Department report.
A "fully nude" Linder came out of his apartment multiple times even as officers warned he would be taken into custody, the report said.
"Linder again walked out the front door naked, yelled 'Y'all are wasting God's time,' and was arrested," police wrote.
A court date is set for Sept. 16.
