Men take nearly $1,000 from woman in early-morning robbery

Little Rock Police are searching for two men who robbed a female victim early Monday outside her home.

The woman told police she was sitting on her front porch at 1508 Hanger St. around 4:40 a.m. when two black males wearing dark clothes and stockings over their faces approached her and demanded money at gunpoint, according to a Little Rock Police report.

The report states the men fled on foot after the woman gave them $960.

The woman, who waited until about 10 a.m. to report the crime, told authorities that the robbery happened so fast she was unable to provide many details about the assailants.

The men are wanted for robbery and misdemeanor theft of property.
