Anti-child-abuse rally set for Capitol

LITTLE ROCK — A state agency and other advocates will rally Wednesday morning at the state Capitol against child abuse.

The Arkansas Department of Human Services' Division of Children and Family Services is to join child advocates, judges, children, and others in a rally on the Capitol steps.

The rally, scheduled to start at 10 a.m., is intended to draw attention to child abuse and to present ways on how the abuse can be prevented.
