James Metcalf Rucker, 77.

The Texarkana Police Department is looking Wednesday for a 77-year-old man who has been missing since Friday.

James Metcalf Rucker was last seen at 405 E. 51st St. near the Greyhound bus station in Texarkana.

Police say Rucker is diabetic, deaf, walks with a limp and has red splotches covering both hands and arms. He might be trying to travel to someplace in Hot Springs, possibly by Greyhound, police said.

He is described as white man of 5-foot-10 and 186 pounds who has hazel eyes and is balding.

Anyone with information about Rucker’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Texarkana Police Department at (903) 798-3135.
