Royal Theatre Auditions

BENTON — The Royal Theatre will hold auditions for the musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at 6:30 p.m. today and Monday. Those who are auditioning need to prepare 16 bars of any song and provide sheet music for the selection. Auditioners are asked to wear comfortable clothing and shoes for ease in moving onstage. Presidential Tree Marker Dedication

Rescheduled ASMSA Speaker Dates

HOT SPRINGS — The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts’ Science and Arts Cafe event featuring noted Underground Railroad historian Anthony Cohen has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday at the Superior Bath House in Hot Springs. Weather along the East Coast prevented Cohen from being able to fly out of Baltimore to Arkansas. The student assembly at which Cohen was set to speak has been rescheduled for Friday. The tentative time is 8:30 a.m.

Online Leadership Academy

BRYANT — The next free Online Leadership Academy session has been rescheduled to 8-9 a.m. Friday at the Bryant Chamber of Commerce. The session, which will be devoted to blogging and how it can help businesses, will be led by other business professionals within the chamber who use this technique and see results. Participants are asked to arrive at the session with their Google+ listing claimed or active and to bring a laptop or other electronic device to connect to their page and actively work in it during the session. Arkadelphia Arts Center Exhibit

ARKADELPHIA — The Arkadelphia Arts Center’s February exhibit, Early Education in Clark County, will be on display through Feb. 28. The exhibit takes the viewer through a pictorial history of African-American education from the mid-1800s to the present, with emphasis on the Peake Rosenwald School. Admission is free. Merry Mixers Dance Club

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — The Hot Springs Village Merry Mixers dance to live music from 7:30-10:30 p.m. the first and third Saturdays of every month at the Coronado Community Center. A lesson is held at 7 p.m. on the third Saturday. Admission is $7.50 for first-Saturday dances and $10 for third-Saturday dances. Club members receive a discount for the season. Rhythmic Interactive Percussion
