Police jail LR man on burglary counts

A Little Rock man is facing commercial burglary charges after authorities linked his DNA to two crime scenes, according to an arrest report.

Terrance Crossley, 47, was arrested and charged Friday with two counts of commercial burglary, felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor theft of property.

He was taken to the Pulaski County jail, where he remained Sunday.

According to the arrest report, officers linked Crossley to burglaries at The Empty Vase florist at 11330 Arcade Drive on Dec. 7 and another at Images printing store at 900 N. University Ave. the day before.

Crossley purportedly stole a drawer - and the change in it - from the florist’s shop, police said. He also broke into the printing store and “caused damage to the business,” the report states.

DNA that officers collected at both businesses linked Crossley to the burglaries, police said.
