Jennifer Nicole Williams became the bride of Spencer Daniel Ragsdale at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, at Loft 1023. Troy Williams, grandfather of the bride, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Toni and Stefan Cocklin and Ricky Williams, all of Springdale. Her grandparents are Bobbie and Troy Williams, also of Springdale, and Rebecca and Dr. Tom Yoder of Cotter.
Sydney and Dennis Ragsdale of Sherwood are the parents of the groom. He isthe grandson of the late Mary and Lannas Ragsdale and the late Daisy and Sidney Byrd, all of Grubbs.
Music was by vocalist and guitarist Wes Hart.
Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a mermaid-style gown with a lace overlay. The sweetheart neckline was embellished with beading and the scallop-hemmed skirt extended to a chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of amaryllis, hypericum, red ranunculus and red seeded eucalyptus.
Maid of honor was Tiffany Williams of Fayetteville. She wore a black strapless gown and carried a bouquet of white hydrangeas, tulips, white stock and seeded eucalyptus.
Flower girl and ring bearer were Sable Smith of North Little Rock and Luke Russell of Sherwood.
Best man was Peter Smith of North Little Rock.
A reception, also at Loft 1023, followed the ceremony. Table centerpieces incorporated family heirlooms with arrangements of hydrangeas, white tulips, white stock, gold fatsia and seeded eucalyptus.
The bride has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, where she was a member of Alpha Sigma Tau, was on the homecoming court and was named Sigma Tau Gamma White Rose Queen. She has received her professional in human resources certification and is senior human resource generalist for Center for Toxicology and Environmental Health.
The groom has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is a product owner at ABC Financial.
The couple will live in North Little Rock after a honeymoon in St. Lucia.
