CRESCENT — The Iowa State Patrol says an Arkansas man is dead after driving the wrong way on western Iowa's Interstate 29 and hitting another vehicle.

The Omaha World-Herald reports that the crash killed a 33-year-old David D. Miller, of Benton, Ark.

Investigators say Miller's car was traveling north in the southbound lanes of I-29 around 10:30 p.m. Friday when it hit another car.

Investigators say three people in the other car were critically injured in the crash. All three were taken to Omaha hospitals.
