Arrest warrants on two charges of committing a terroristic act and one charge of capital murder were issued Saturday for 18-year-old Tracy Trevor Bailey Jr. of Little Rock. He is described as an armed and dangerous 5-foot-5 black male weighing 370 pounds. Police gave two addresses for the suspect, 3608 Holt St. and 6505 Wakefield Drive.

Just before 10 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a report of a shooting at 7414 Mabelvale Pike, where 32-year-old Terrence Brison told police he was robbed at gunpoint while in his car with Thomas Gilbert, 31.

Brison, of 7407 Azalea Drive, said three short, heavyset men pointed guns at him and took his wallet and cash, according to a police report. Brison said the men then began shooting at him and Gilbert before getting into a 1990s model four-door, dark-colored Toyota Corolla and heading off into an “unknown direction,” the report said.

Brison was shot in the upper back, lower back and twice in the left bicep, though his injuries were not life-threatening, according to police. He ran to get help at a neighboring house, where he called 911.

Gilbert, of 3013 Boyd St., was pronounced dead at the scene, and the coroner took control of the body, police said.

The other two suspects are described as 5-foot-5, 200-pound black men, about 22-25 years old. Police had not made any arrests in the case late Saturday.

The homicide on the city’s southwest side is Little Rock’s fourth this year.
