RUSSELLVILLE — A formal welcoming ceremony is planned for new Arkansas Tech University President Robin Bowen.
The ceremony and a reception are planned at Baswell Techionery on the Tech campus starting at 5 p.m. July 17.
Bowen was selected Tech's 12th president on April 22 and officially took office July 1. She succeeds Robert Brown, who retired June 30 after 21 years as president of the university in Russellville.
