They tend to look a little sad at times, but that's just to sucker you into extra hugs. She has a beautiful dark circle of hair around her neck that looks like a perfect feminine fur collar. She plays well with everyone and loves to snuggle in a lap or with any one of her siblings. Athena was rescued from a hoarding situation in Mount Vernon. Well, it didn't take long to see how sweet Chaplin is, and to realize that he needed to get out of the shelter. He is smart, very friendly and loves attention. An 18-month-old Mountain Cur/Labrador Retriever mix, Chaplin is a playful guy who loves toys, and really enjoys playing with other dogs. He is housebroken and knows how to use a doggie door. Chaplin is heartworm positive, but will be treated and cleared prior to finalizing his adoption.
