Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal delivers the keynote address during Faith and Freedom Coalition's Road to Majority event in Washington, Saturday, June 21, 2014

Republican Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal endorsed the U.S. Senate campaign of U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton on Monday.

Jindal will appear at a Cotton fundraiser in Fort Smith on Monday evening, Cotton's campaign said in a statement. Jindal was sworn in as governor of Louisiana in 2008, and is seen as a possible Republican candidate for the 2016 presidential race.

“Washington desperately needs leaders like Tom Cotton. After almost six years of failures under the Obama administration, it is imperative that we turn our country around with leaders like Tom Cotton,” Jindal said in the statement.

Surprise, surprise! What we have here is a governor who is rapidly destroying the services offered to the most needy in a state that was once a leader in jobs growth. He has seriously damaged public education from Kindergarten through college. Jindal has repeatedly been rebuked by judges who rule that his take from the poor and give to the rich policies are ill-advised and often illegal.
Now he comes to Arkansas to tell us we need to elect someone equally as out of touch as the one who would be president. I don't think his endorsement comes as any surprise but I do believe it is not something intelligent Arkansans, who check Jindal's record, will take seriously.

Bobby Jindal has done more good for the state of Louisiana than any damn Demo- crap. He's slowly putting an end to affirmative action in that state which is eating the heart and soul out of otherwise hard working people. He's brought many a good jobs to the state and cut back welfare spending by tracking down fraud. You dems just can't face the truth, Heck! you can't handle the truth.

What do we care what a governor of one of the most corrupt states in the US has to say about Arkansas politics.
