Going Scottish: Dust off the kilt and the bagpipes. Lyon College will host the 35th Arkansas Scottish Festival at its Batesville campus April 11-13. This celebration of all things Scottish will include pipes, a British car show, Highland dancing, sheepdog demonstrations, games and a Ceilidh and feast.
