TEXARKANA -- A capital-murder warrant issued in Texarkana is waiting for a man recovering from gunshot wounds in a Little Rock hospital.
Devin White, 21, suffered multiple gunshot injuries after a firefight in a Locust Street house last month, according to search warrant documents.
White, Anthony Sean King, 21, and Joel Edward Hill, 22, are accused in the fatal Feb. 25 shooting of Demarquis Reeves, 25.
King and Hill are being held without bail on capital-murder charges in the Miller County jail.
Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Stephanie Black said Sunday that White will be taken into custody once he's well enough to leave the hospital.
