Work on U.S. 65, also called the Martha Mitchell Expressway, will require closing lanes today in Pine Bluff, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
Crews installing mast arms for a new traffic signal at U.S. 65 and University Avenue will require intermittently closing northbound and southbound lanes of U.S. 65 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic will be stopped for no more than 15 minutes at a time, the department said.
