1 REVISIT

For the 50th year, the Quapaw Quarter Association invites the public to take a look around some of the capital city’s historic homes in the Governor’s Mansion Historic District. The Quapaw Quarter Spring Tour of Homes starts off Saturday with the Candlelight and Champagne Tour at 5:30 p.m. and a dinner and party at the Governor’s Mansion at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $125. An after party at South on Main Restaurant follows at 9:30 p.m. Admission is $40 in advance or $50 at the door. On Sunday, there will be a brunch and garden tour at Curran Hall, 615 E. Capitol Ave., 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tickets are $35 in advance, $50 at the door. The tour itself, which includes lawn games, music and food, is 1-5 p.m. Sunday. 3 RAPUNZEL

Merida, Rapunzel, Belle and Ariel will twirl into North Little Rock's Verizon Arena for Disney on Ice: Rockin' Ever After, which presents the stories of Brave, Tangled, The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast as the princesses and their respective princes and pals skate across the ice. Paragould native singer-songwriter Iris DeMent will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Central Arkansas Library System's Ron Robinson Theater, on the back side of the Arcade Building, President Clinton and River Market avenues, Little Rock (with easy access from the CALS Main Library parking lot, 100 Rock St.) DeMent's show, under the auspices of the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies' Arkansas Sounds project. 5 RUSTIC

Traditional Arkansas food, cooked and raised the old-fashioned way, is on the menu at the Historic Arkansas Museum's Territorial Fair, 200 E. Third St., Little Rock, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. 6 RUN

People and dogs are welcome at the MacArthur Park 5K -- History on the Run, Friday at the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, 503 E. Ninth St., Little Rock. Registration and check-in start at 5 p.m. with the 5K beginning at 7 p.m. Afterward, the whole family can participate in the "Dog Jog" Family Fun Run at 7:10 p.m. After both races, participants are invited to a Lawn Party with food and drinks and music by Steve Giles Band. 7 RESONATE

The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra closes out its three-concert A.C.T. in Concert series with a program titled "Pan's Midsummer Night Dream," 7 p.m. today at the Argenta Community Theater, 405 Main St., North Little Rock. On the program: two pieces by Claude Debussy; Awakenings of Earth and Time by Frank Wiley with solo percussionist Erick Saoud, whose artist wife, Marcy, will use the music to inspire an original-on-stage painting; and Michael Torke's Mojave Concerto in its original chamber version, with marimba soloist Rick Dimond and percussionist Blake Taylor joining the Rockefeller Quartet. Doors open at 6 p.m. and there will be a cash bar. The theater's Judy Kohn Tenenbaum is the presenter. Tickets are $20, $10 for students and active military. 8 REVOLUTION

The Arkansas Civil War Sesquicentennial Commission and the Central Arkansas Library System will host a free debut showing of War in the '60s, a Civil War documentary by the late broadcast journalist Jack E. Hill (completed by documentarian Dale Carpenter, professor of journalism at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville), 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Ron Robinson Theater. Carpenter will introduce the film; Thomas A. DeBlack of Arkansas Tech University and Mark Christ of the Sesquicentennial Commission will field post-screening questions. Admission is free. 9 RIP ROCK

J.T. Hodges, Dylan Scott, Dash Rip Rock and The Cadillac Three will be the headliners for the Southern Folk Festival, Friday-Saturday in downtown El Dorado. The celebration of "all things Southern" also includes a poker run, a truck show, arts and crafts, a Showdown at Sunset performance, children's activities and lots of crawfish. 10 RED SKELTON

Impressionists Peter Salzer and Lynn Roberts will bring late, great comedy performers back to life at 7:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday at the Pine Bluff Community Theatre, 207 W. Second Ave., Pine Bluff.
