Beyond cornbread dressing

There’s a whole world of dressing and stuffing out there, some with cornbread, some without.

Some don’t even include bread. For those without a family heirloom recipe, or those faced with the challenge of cooking for guests with specific dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and the like), homemade dressing is easier than you may think, writes Kelly Brant.
