Tight end Charles Clay set the tone for the Miami Dolphins on Sunday against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.

The former Little Rock Central standout scored on a 13-yard first-quarter touchdown pass from quarterback Ryan Tannehill in the Dolphins’ 27-13 victory over the Bears to improve to 3-3.

Clay caught 4 passes for 58 yards as Miami bounced back from a 27-24 loss to the Green Bay Packers last Sunday.

Also on Sunday, Darren McFadden (Pulaski Oak Grove, Arkansas Razorbacks) scored on a 1-yard touchdown run Sunday, but it wasn’t enough for the Oakland Raiders, who fell to 0-6 with a 24-13 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday in Oakland, Calif.

McFadden finished with 14 carries for 48 yards. He also caught 4 passes for 7 yards.

Running back Knile Davis (Razorbacks) rushed for 25 yards on 10 carries and caught 1 pass for 11 yards in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 23-20 victory over the San Diego Chargers. Defensive lineman Ryan Carrethers (Arkansas State) had five tackles for the Chargers.

Tight end Chris Gragg (Razorbacks) caught 2 passes for 19 yards as the Buffalo Bills beat the Minnesota Vikings 17-16 at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y. Gragg’s former teammate at Arkansas Jarius Wright (Warren) caught 4 passes for 60 yards for the Vikings.

Defensive back George Wilson (Razorbacks) had three tackles in the Tennessee Titans’ 19-17 loss to the Washington Redskins.

Running back Peyton Hillis (Conway, Razorbacks) rushed for 29 yards on 6 carries and caught 1 pass for 4 yards as the New York Giants fell to the Dallas Cowboys 31-21.

On Thursday night, linebacker Demario Davis (ASU) had three tackles for the New York Jets, who lost 27-25 to the New England Patriots.
