Sidney Elisia Bennett became the bride of Sean Ryan Selakovich at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, in St. Edward Catholic Church. Monsignor Francis I. Malone of Christ the King Catholic Church officiated.

Mary and Dana L. Bennett, 7409 Kingwood Road, are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of the late Chieko S. and Richard Z. Vernon of Fort Smith and the late Sloan F. Bennett and the late Opal P. Bennett, both of Little Rock.

The groom is the son of Tina F. and Walter G. Selakovich Jr., 4 Pebble Beach Court. His grandparents are Kathleen N. and the late Dr. Walter G. Selakovich and Edward and the late Joy O. Mullens, all of Little Rock.

Pedestal arrangements on each side of the altar were filled with white cherry blossoms, white hydrangeas and lilies. Music was by pianist and organist Dave Hodges, violinist Beth Mass and vocalist Elizabeth Reha.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a lace appliqued tulle gown embellished with embroidery and Chantilly lace. The fitted tulle bodice was strapless and the skirt extended to a chapel train. She carried a bouquet of white hydrangeas, lilies and roses with purple-tipped orchids.

The bride's honor attendants were Christine H. Smith of Little Rock and Ashley N. Lind of Fayetteville. Bridesmaids were Megan Hoyt Cash and Megan N. Taylor, both of Little Rock; Nicole C. Wilson and Christina M. Wilson, both of Tucson, Ariz.; and Natalie M. France of St. Louis. They wore gowns of plum chiffon and carried white and purple hydrangeas and roses.

Flower girl and ring bearer were Ashlyn Smith of Little Rock and Noah Selakovich of Conway, son of the groom.

Best man was John Paul Rector of Little Rock. Serving as groomsmen were Toland Shipp, Will Smith, Walter Selakovich III, brother of the groom, and Brooks Bennett, brother of the bride, all of Little Rock; Elvis Leon of Denver; and Richard Ketcher of North Little Rock. Guests were seated by Kevin Cockburn, Jason Clem, Brad Wooley and Joseph Sullenger, all of Little Rock.

A reception at Next Level Events followed the ceremony. Tables were decorated with arrangements of hydrangeas, roses, calla lilies and curly willow. Music was by Katmandu.

The bride attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and is a graduate of the Baptist Health Schools Little Rock School of Nursing. She is a registered nurse for Dr. Gunter Gibson.

The groom attends the University of Arkansas at Little Rock after serving as a specialist in the Army, stationed in Germany and Iraq. He is an operations manager at MainFrame ArtWorks.

The couple will make their home in Little Rock after a wedding trip to Exuma Island, Bahamas.
