Spin Cycle presents another installment of "All the News That's Fit to Razz."

• Zayn Malik recently quit boy band One Direction abruptly during an international tour because, "After five years, I feel like it is now the right time for me to leave the band. I'd like to apologize to the fans if I've let anyone down, but I have to do what feels right in my heart. I want to be a normal 22-year-old who is able to relax and have some private time out of the spotlight."

First act of normalcy: working on a solo music project publicly leaked by his producer.

• The second child of Kate Middleton and Prince William will be a girl. At least that's what 82 percent of wagers are predicting, according to a British-based gambling company. Betters believe Alice tops the list of baby names for Prince George's sibling, with Elizabeth, Charlotte and Alexandra following closely.

We're secretly hoping for another Prince. And that he goes by a squiggle symbol.

• After being called out by colleague Greta Van Susteren, Fox News host Chris Wallace apologized for taking digs at singer Kelly Clarkson's weight while on a radio show ("She could stay off the deep-dish pizza for a while").

No word as of press time whether Clarkson accepted his apology. We think she should hold out for a pizza, chocolates and a cookie bouquet.

• Female rapper Just Brittany is claiming Rihanna's latest single "B**** Better Have My Money" is a rip-off of her song "Better Have My Money," which she released in February 2014, and fans are pushing her to sue the more famous artist and get, well, her money.

Legit or not, there's clearly an epidemic of you-know-whats owing singers money.

• On the Humans of New York Facebook site, a young girl shared her struggle having the same name as Beyonce. "Every time people learn my name is Beyonce, somebody starts singing 'Single Ladies.'" Others who could sympathize: normal everyday people with famous people names like Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry and Mary-Kate Olsen. It could be worse. People like those celebrities. They could share a name with someone truly detestable. Like a serial killer or a terrorist.

Or Gwyneth Paltrow. We'd recommend consciously uncoupling with that name.

• ABC has sent an air date for Bruce Jenner's interview with Diane Sawyer; it will air at 8 p.m. April 24. We hope Sawyer will ask the former Olympian who is transitioning into a woman the really relevant questions.

Like, "Do you think it was appropriate for your daughter Kendall to be wearing a crop top to church on Easter?" And "Will Kendall let you borrow it?"

• A new study in the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism showed that junk food (like burgers, fries and a Coke) was as effective as post-workout supplements (like protein bars) at enhancing glucose recovery.

Who sponsored the study, McDonald's?

• Baseball is not as popular with children as it once was, according to a recent Washington Post story, which included the following stats: "According to Nielsen ratings, 50 percent of baseball viewers are 55 or older, up from 41 percent 10 years ago." And "For the first time, the ESPN Sports Poll's annual survey of young Americans' 30 favorite sports figures finds no baseball players on the list."

That's because young people have another favorite sport: Super Mega Baseball on PlayStation.
