Somebody in Ohio--Joshua Newell by name, 35--has pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass after he jumped a fence to pet the cougars at the Columbus zoo, and posted a video of it on YouTube. We would have acquitted him of the charge by reason of insanity.
