FORT SMITH -- Fort Smith police are looking for a man who robbed a bank at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon.
A Police Department news release said the robber -- dressed all in black, including a black ski mask -- entered the First National Bank branch at 9300 U.S. 71 South at 2:51 p.m. He was armed with a handgun and carried a blue pillowcase.
He demanded and was given an undisclosed amount of money, then left the bank, the release said. He was last seen driving south in an older model, silver Ford Taurus.
