CONWAY — A 14-year-old boy pleaded innocent Tuesday to capital murder and other offenses in the shooting deaths of the Conway couple who raised him.
Justin Staton and 17-year-old Hunter Drexler of Clinton are each charged as adults in the July 21 deaths of Robert and Patricia Cogdell.
Staton appeared in Faulkner County Circuit Court on Tuesday and has another pretrial hearing set for Oct. 28.
