Camdenton (1-1): Rezabek 17, Ripley 17, Shore 9, Kurtz 4, Shockley 3, Spreggins 2, Miller 1.

Rogers (1-3): Randels 19, Richmond 12, Sandor 11, Williams 4, McKinney 3, Brown 2.

Junior Blair Kurtz canned two free throws with 3.5 seconds left to snap a 51-51 tie. Rogers (1-3) turned the ball over before it could get a potential game-winning shot off before the buzzer.

Camdenton coach Staci Caffey said her team had plenty of energy throughout the first three quarters, but failed to execute. Their execution was much better in the fourth quarter, Caffey said.

"I felt our intensity and effort was there in the first half," Caffey said. "In the fourth quarter, we got them in foul trouble and I felt like we kinda dictated the game, where the rest of the game we were just part of the game."

Camdenton (1-1) made 22 of 31 free throws for the game, but the Lakers were particuarly big late, making 12 of 16 in the fourth quarter. Rogers made just 9 of 14 for the game. Seniors Allysa Ripley and Bailey Rezabek led the Lakers with 17 points each. Ripley made 5-of-6 free throws in the final 1:32 to help Camdenton rally.

Rogers coach Preston Early wasn't displeased with his team's effort either, but the Lady Mounties struggled to make plays down the stretch.

"I thought we battled our guts out," Early said. "We just kinda got a little crazy in the fourth quarter for whatever reason. Our kids played at a high level for three quarters. But momentum is a crazy thing and it just kind of got away from us."

Elise Randels finished with a game-high 19 points for Rogers, while Kelsey Richmond added 12 and Madison Sandor 11. Richmond's three-point play gave Rogers a 51-46 lead with less than two minutes left, but the Lady Mounties didn't score again.

Webb City, Mo. 41, Rogers Heritage 35

Senior Lexey Kneib hit three 3-pointers to open the fourth quarter and the Lady Cardinals hit free throws late to hold off the Lady War Eagles.

Kneib hit back-to-back 3s from the top of the key to extend Webb City's lead to 32-24. Heritage pulled within 37-33 on two free throws by Emily Seiler with 1 minute, 17 seconds left, but got no closer.

Kneib led all scorers with 14 points, while sophomore Addie Darby added 13 for the Lady Cardinals (2-0). Amber Turner led the Lady War Eagles (2-2) with 13 points.

Siloam Springs 54, Fort Smith Southside 53

The Lady Panthers didn't make a field goal in the fourth quarter, but senior Abby Cox hit two free throws with 10.1 seconds left in the fourth quarter to give Siloam Springs the victory.

Southside, which trailed 49-40 entering the fourth quarter, took a 53-52 lead on a runner by Lani Meares with 38 seconds left, but Cox countered on the other end and the Lady Rebels never got off a final shot before time ran out.

Meares led all scorers with 22 points, while sophomore Kelly Carson added 10 for Southside (0-3). Senior Haley Stewart led Siloam Springs (2-0) with 18 points, while sophomore Hadlee Hollenback added 14.
