• William Thompson, 24, of 17371 N. U.S. 71 in Mountainburg was arrested Wednesday in connection with financial identity fraud, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose of delivering and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Thursday.

• Anthony Rockins, 28, of 510 N. Seventh St. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Sheriff's Office with a $75,000 bond Thursday.

• David Lane Bartlett, 36, of 22230 W. Arkansas 102 in Decatur was arrested Wednesday in connection with manufacturing methamphetamine. Bartlett was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jaime D. Bartlett, 34, of 22230 W. Arkansas 102 in Decatur was arrested Wednesday in connection with manufacturing methamphetamine. Bartlett was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Amy Beth Campbell, 50, of 604 S.E. C St. in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Campbell was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jeremiah Edward Devon, 37, of 1251 Stadium Ave. E No. 101 in Decatur was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Devon was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jason Michael James, 40, of 1402 Ada St. in Leachville was arrested Wednesday in connection with a felony parole violation, possession of firearms by certain persons and felony theft by receiving. James was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Brad Wilson Kelley, Jr., 31, of 11126 Sheppard Place Road in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony failure to appear. Kelley was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• James David Marcum, 24, of 3808 S.W. Hansonwit in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Marcum was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Karla Leticia Ruiz-Rodriguez, 22, of 8911 Mount Zion Road in Decatur was arrested Thursday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. Ruiz was being held Thursday in Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Alfredo Salazar, 21, of 5302 S.W. Carlisle in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with robbery. Salazar was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• David Stubblefield, 27, of HC 66 Box 19-12 in Proctor, Okla., was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance. Stubblefield was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Cindy Lou Yeager, 47, of 1251 Stadium Ave. E No. 101 in Decatur was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Yeager was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Rudy Daniel Garcia, 31, of 404 N.W. Fourth St. in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with a felony parole violation. Garcia was being held Thursday in Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Christopher Edward Lerma, 29, of 2555 N. Trafalger Drive was arrested at Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 Thursday.

Siloam Springs

• Eric Torres, 26, of 1055 N. Britt St. Apt. J6 in Siloam Springs was arrested Wednesday in connection with misdemeanor failure to appear and an out-of-state count of delivery of a controlled substance. Torres was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fire

Fayetteville

• The exterior of an apartment complex caught fire about 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Nantucket Apartments near Morningside Drive, said Mauro Campos, spokesman. A resident put out most of the fire with a garden hose. No one was hurt. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Rogers

• Residents at 600 N. 35th St. were advised to have the gas company check their home after a carbon monoxide alarm at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday.

• Firefighters put out a brush fire at 2718 W. Walnut St. at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday. Police were questioning a homeless woman after a witness said she set the fire. The woman said she was trying to keep warm.

• The Adult Wellness Center, 2001 W. Persimmon St., was evacuated at 6:39 p.m. Wednesday. A craft class was melting plastic and triggered the alarm.

• Damgoode Pies, 3604 W. Walnut, was evacuated after a fire alarm at 6:58 p.m. Wednesday. A manager told firefighters that one of the pizzas burnt and triggered the alarm.

• A semitrailer hit a car near U.S. 62 and Second Street in Rogers at 7:41 p.m Wednesday.

• A vehicle hit a fence near Jerald Shea Road and SWEPCO Plant Road in Gentry at 12:51 p.m. Wednesday

Springdale

• A 31-year-old man was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale after an accident at 6:42 p.m. Thursday at 100 S. Thompson St.

• Theft was reported at 1701 S.E. 14th St. at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

• Shots fired were reported at 1706 S.E. Moberly Manor at 11:26 a.m.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 4503 S.W. Brooklyn Ave. No. 23 at 9:53 p.m.

Fayetteville

• Theft of $1,000 was reported at 11:35 a.m. Thursday at 1380 N. Merion Way, Apt. 304.

• A PayPal account was reported hacked at 12:15 a.m. Thursday at 201 E. Appleby Road, Lot 12.

• A purse was reported stolen and cards inside used at a Walmart at 5:59 p.m. Wednesday at 2434 N. Deane Solomon Road.

• A backpack that had two computers inside was reported stolen at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday at the Boomerang Carwash, 3107 W. Wedington Drive.

• Homeless people were reportedly taking firewood at 1:49 p.m. Wednesday at 2215 W. Haskell Heights, according to a police dispatch report Thursday. The problem was reported as ongoing.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 12:08 p.m. Thursday at 5000 Arkanshire Circle.

• Burglary was reported at 11:17 a.m. Thursday at 4209 Georgia St.

• Theft was reported at 10:46 a.m. Thursday at 3510 Cambridge St.

• Burglary was reported at 9:07 p.m. Wednesday at 3020 Old Wire Road.

• Theft was reported at 7:06 p.m. Wednesday at 2650 Hampshire Ave.

• Police are investigating after someone smashed a window and grabbed 25 cell phones from a display case at 9:13 p.m. Wednesday at NWA Cell Phone Repair at 2200 W. Sunset Ave.
