Three held in armed home-invasion robbery

Three men are accused of forcing their way into a Little Rock residence Sunday and robbing four people inside at gunpoint.

Johnathon Epperson, 20, Devin Bone, 23, and Bradford Henderson, 22, are each facing four counts of aggravated robbery, one count of residential burglary and one count of theft of property.

According to Little Rock Police Department arrest reports, the three are suspected of forcing their way into a residence in the 9300 block of Reck Road and stealing electronic items and shoes from the four victims at gunpoint. No injuries were reported in the robbery, which was said to occur about 6 p.m.

One of the victims told investigators he opened the door to find a man brandishing a rifle and demanding to be let inside, according to a separate police incident report. That man and others then went in, taking two televisions, a video game system and Jordan shoes before fleeing in a gray Sedan, the report said.

Police responding to the scene spotted a car matching the description and attempted to pull it over, though it wouldn't stop for a time before turning into a parking lot in the 4800 block of Baseline Road, the report said.

The driver, who police identified as Henderson, reportedly got out and ran north from the area. The passengers, Bone and Epperson, were arrested there. Bone had an AK-47 between his legs in the vehicle while a pistol was found underneath Epperson's seat, the incident report noted.

Henderson turned himself in to authorities several hours later at the agency's southwest substation.

Bone, who is from Maumelle, is also facing a charge of possession of a firearm by a certain person. Online records show he is on parole in Little Rock through 2019.

Epperson and Henderson, who are from Little Rock, and Bone are each being held without bail pending initial court appearances.
