Authorities are looking for a gunman who robbed a gas station on Baseline Road late Wednesday night.
The Little Rock Police Department says the Citgo at Baseline and Geyer Springs roads was held up about 11:15 p.m. by a man who displayed a gun and demanded the cash drawer.
The man, who reportedly escaped with $400, was seen heading east and then entering an apartment complex in the 5800 block of Baseline Road, according to a police report.
Authorities searched the premises, found the cash drawer and later made contact with residents of an apartment where it appeared the gunman entered, the report said, but he was not located.
The robber is described as a black man who stands 5-foot-6, weighs 165 pounds and was wearing a black hoodie and black jeans.
