JONESBORO — Arkansas State redshirt freshman defensive end Ja'Von Rolland-Jones has been named to the Football Writers Association of America Freshman All-America Team.
Rolland-Jones was named second-team All-Sun Belt Conference after recording eight quarterback sacks, 30 tackles, one pass breakup, a fumble recovery and two forced fumbles.
He started seven games for ASU and played in 10 before suffering a season-ending injury that forced him to miss the final two regular-season games.
